He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Dean Bazemore; his daughters, Carlie Bazemore, Katie Bazemore, Sydney Bazemore and Anna Bazemore; his mother Brenda Bazemore Simkins (Dwight); his brother Brandon Bazemore (Michele); his niece Peyton Bazemore; his mother-in-law Liz Dean; his brother-in-law Devon Dean; and his close friend Brett Akins. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
