He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Ramsey and Mary Lillian Ramsey; his stepdaughter Bonnie S. Hall; and his brother Speir Newton Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Susan Dolan Ramsey; his son Jack Earl "Chip" Ramsey, III (Patricia Vogel Ramsey); his grandchildren, Jack W. Ramsey and Ava L. Ramsey; his stepchildren, Charles B. Spillane, Jr. (Margaret) and Janet E. Spillane (Jon Erickson); his stepgrandchildren, Charles B. Spillane, III and Jennifer S. Lujan (Carlos); and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Lane, Liam, Carolina and Bach.
