He is survived by: his wife Hazel Dyches Wiggins; his children, Tamia Criswell and Michael Wiggins; his stepchildren, Janet Lee and Robert Arnold; his grandchildren, Rebecca Criswell, Johnathan Wiggins, Danielle Noe (Cody), Lillian Wiggins, Nathaniel Criswell, Victoria Criswell and Jacob Criswell; his great grandchildren, Eloise Wiggins, Evelyn Wiggins, Viviana Wiggins and Baby Noe; and his brothers, Ronnie Wiggins (Martha), David Wiggins (Wanda), Tony Wiggins, Timmy Wiggins and Jerry Wiggins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
