He is survived by: his wife Lynn Woods; his children, Paula Richardson (Stephen), Julie Prather (Robert) and Grover Jerrel "Rusty" Woods, Jr. (Symone); his siblings, Charles Woods and Dorothy Cowart; and his sister-in-law Yvonne Falagan. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
