He was predeceased by: his father Philip Gilliam; his grandfather James B. Mincey; and his uncle Jack Mincey. He is survived by: his wife Lea Gilliam; his sons, Zachery Gilliam (Rebecca) and Lucas Gilliam; his mother Helen Gilliam; his brother David Gilliam (Sonya); his nephew Joshua Gilliam (Shelby); his niece Jessica Gilliam; his uncles, Franklin Mincey and Samuel Mincey; his father-in-law Ivan Anzur; and his sister-in-law Ashley Anzur.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Dayle's son's, Lucas, college fund.
