She was predeceased by: her parents, Olen Vivian Johnson and Areadna "Adna" Amos Johnson; and her son Gregory Clifton Sammons. She is survived by: her son David Ashley Sammons; and her grandchildren, Robert "Robbie" Allen Sammons, Summer Noel Sammons and Amber Lily Sammons Banning. She is also survived by four great-granddaughters.
