It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Clarence Osborne Riggin Jr. of Guyton, Georgia, born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on October 22, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Osborne Riggin, Sr. and Jean Armstead Dunn O'Hare. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie; his daughters, Celia and Jennifer Ramirez (Nemecio); his granddaughters, Maxine and Sadie; and his siblings, Glenn, Peele Dunn and Susan Riggin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
