She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold and Dorothy; her daughter Lori Taulbee; her siblings, Jacob Eriks and Bonnie Middleborn; and her grandson Caleb Taulbee.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Brown, Sr.; her children, David "Donnie" Bartholomew (Kristin) of Hobart, Joshua Brown of Guyton, Leann Collins (Tim) of Valparaiso, Florence Newcomb (Brian) of Portage and Paige Brown of Guyton; her siblings, Danny Dykhuizen of Gary, Indiana, John Dykhuizen (Michelle) of St. Louis, John David Budgin of Lake City, Florida, Jackie Slinker of Tampa, Laura Jallo-Morando of Hammond, Kim Powell (Keith) of Delphi, Indiana and Tina Demmon (Robert) of Bryan, Texas; her grandchildren, Kyle, Miranda, Trevor, Macie, Ryne, Ben, Jody, Hope and Sarah; and her great grandchildren, Everly, Makenna Jo, Walker, Kaiden, Max and Ophelya. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
