He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wesley Moxley and Mae Brown Moxley. He is survived by: his wife Madolyn L. Moxley; his daughters, Jan Knight (Roger) and Pam Stanfield; his grandchildren, Allen Reagan (Alexis), Morgan Starkey (Ben) and Payton Stanfield; and his great grandchildren, Kaden, Landen and Dakx Starkey.
