It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cassy Bidwell of Guyton, Georgia, who passed away on December 13, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Cassy may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She is survived by: her sons, Joe Bidwell (Chelsea) and Nick Bidwell (Kirsten); her grandchildren, Allison Bidwell and Nathan Bidwell; and her brother Pete Hoskins (Vonda).
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home, Effingham Chapel (2460 GA-21, Rincon, GA 31326).
