She is survived by: her husband Dennis E. Moore; her children, Tanner Moore (Katie), Kacy Gay (Curtis) and Dusty Moore (Sarah); her parents, Larry "Doc" and Julia Bolen; her grandchildren, Cooper Gay, Kali Gay and Jake Moore; her sister Tina Ansel (Dennis); her niece Mallory Peacock (Blake); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelly, Piper and McKenzie Brown (Brandon); and her nieces, Bolen and Memphis.
