She was predeceased by: her father Charles Andrew Tuggle, II. She is survived by: her children, Candace Groover of Guyton, GA, Ashley English (Savannah) of Columbia, SC, Christopher "Jake" Sparks (Katie) of Savannah, GA, Tayler Phillips of Guyton, GA, Jenna "Rese" Fountain of Guyton, GA and Samantha "Grace" Smoot (Timothy) of Guyton, GA; her mother Therese Tuggle Hafey of Savannah, GA; and her siblings, Charles "Andy" Tuggle, III (Megan) of Richmond, VA and Denise Tuggle Stribling. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 4 step-children, several step-grandchildren.
