He is survived by: his wife Mildred Atkins Fennell; his daughters, Tammy Daniel (Vic) and Tracie Huff (Kent); his grandchildren, Kasey Lacroix (Jordan), Kayla Littlefield (John), Sarah Ashley Ebere (John), Logan Huff (Lauren), Blair Jennings (Jared) and Christian Huff (Avery); his great grandchildren, Lucy, Jack, Riley, Mason, Silas, Molly, Thomas, Andrew, Ruby and William; his sisters, Sondra Blaxton (Jesse) and Frances Haigwood; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Powell and Betty Figgins (Chris).
A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bellevue Memorial Gardens (4501 Wrightsboro Rd, Grovetown, GA 30813).
