He is survived by: his wife Catherine Hawkes; his children, Chris Hawkes, David Hawkes (Oksana), Ashly Stukes (David), Andrea Fitzpatrick (Keith) and Destiny Hawkes; his sister Sue Pittman (Sonny); his sister-in-law Brenda Dodez (Richard); his nephew Richard Dodez Jr.; and his parents-in-law, Thomas and Mary Jordan. He is also survived by his six grandchildren; and many other family members.
