She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Ebenroth; and her cousin Sharon Bolen. She is survived by: her children, Jessica Collins (Matthew), Steve Ebenroth (Chrissy) and Michael Ebenroth (Anna); her grandchildren, Cody, Matthew and Megan; her great grandchildren, Colt, Kynnede and Jaxon Collins; and her cousin Tonya Perry (Jason). She is also survived by children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
