He was predeceased by: his sons, Brian Patrick Logan "Brian" and Robert Michael Logan "Michael"; and his parents, Robert Logan and Barbara Logan. He is survived by: his wife Teresa "Terri" Logan; his son Timothy Logan (Marla); his grandchildren, Christopher (Missy), Johnathan (Chelsea), Anthony, Jacob (Natalie), Christian, Trenton and Aubrey; his sister Linda Logan Patterson (Joe); his niece Betsy Langham (Adam); and his nephew Ben Patterson (Christina).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that charitable donations be made to St. Jude in honor of Mike's memory.
