He is survived by: his former wife Tammy Valladares-Blanco; his sister Ruth Ann Hughes-Perez; his children, Mark Hughes Jr. (Melanie), Randy Hughes, Ashley Dubois and Monica Banchi; and his grandchildren, Riley, Paul, Maddisyn, Oakleigh, Rhett, Austin, Blake, Christopher, Estefania, Antonio and Alex.
