We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2020, at the age of 96, Marjorie Kent Newsome (Grovetown, Georgia), born in Jefferson, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyrus H. Kent and Sarah Hadden Kent; her husband Glen E. Newsome; and her son Edward H. Newsome. She is survived by: her children, Glenda Martin of Grovetown, Terry Newsome (Althea) of Evans, Patricia Price (Johnny) of Evans and Penny Hand (Greg) of Avera; her daughter-in-law Lavonia Newsome; and her niece Elaine K. Stephens (David) of Thomson. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and 14 great-great grandchildren.
We also ask that everyone in attendance wear a mask and practice social distancing.
