He is survived by: his wife Nellie Knotts Lewis; his children, Allison Watts (George) and Alex Lewis (Candace); his grandchildren, Grayson Watts, Isabella Lewis and McKinley Lewis; his sister Cheryl Holton (Mike); his uncle Gilford Lewis; his sisters-in-law, Annette Cushman, Becky Williams (Mike) and Elizabeth Ohmes (John); his nieces, Bethany Holton, Lauryn Holton and Rhonda Cronan; his nephew Ronnie Cushman, Jr.; and his cousins, Terry Lewis and Jeff Lewis. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
