He was predeceased by: his sister Shannon Chiles of Lakeland. He is survived by: his spouse Sarah Toomey Byne; his children, Wes Byne (Kim) and Shannon Byne Denton (Ray); his grandchildren, Brittney Denton, Helen Denton, Sophia Byne, Amelia Byne and Marina Byne; and his sister Colleen Davis.
