She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Joe Stargel; and her parents, H. H. Anderson and Annie Lou Anderson. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Vinson (Michael), Patricia Kissinger, Christine Freund (Michael) and Michael Melton; and her grandchildren, Holly O'Brien (Daniel), Austin Kissinger, Joshua Owens (Cat), Mayghan Freund (Trenton), Brandon Kissinger (Nichole) and Jacob Freund (Akila). She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
