It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James McPeake of Grovetown, Georgia, who passed away on November 9, 2020, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his pets, Ty and Lola; his wife Jessica McPeake of Grovetown; his daughters, Madilyn Christian and Ansley James; his parents, James McPeake (Alison) of Grovetown and Patricia Thompson (Randall) of Appling; his siblings, Anna Lee Harkins (Lisa) of Charleston, Christopher Alston (Amanda) of Appling, Hayden McPeake of Grovetown, Malone Heald (Austin) of Martinez and Mallory McCauley (Christopher) of Martinez; his grandmother Barbara Cook (Bob) of Myrtle Beach; his parents-in-law, Brenda Dodson (Jeff) of Monroe and James Awad (Amy) of Martinez; his siblings-in-law, Jay Flowers of Atlanta and Stevie Blackmon of Atlanta; his nieces and nephews, Hunter, Evan, Madison, Olivia Harkins, Elijah Flowers and Emery Blackmon; and his pet Sophie.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to a scholarship fund for Madilyn and Ansley McPeake at any Cadence Bank location.
