She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Richardson and Remie Richardson; her brother Oscar Jr.; and her sister-in-law Barbara Richardson. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Bates; her daughter Darlene Staulcup (Karl); her grandchildren, Kayla Timbers (Ricky), Garrett Fogg (Brittany), Kyle Staulcup (Brittany) and Taylor Staulcup (Sasha); her great grandchildren, Ollie, Aiden Timbers, Gabe Fogg, Crue, Hannah and Karis Staulcup; her children, Manning Bowie (Barbara) and Stephanie Goodman (John); her grandchildren, Tristin, Alessia and Zxander Goodman; her great grandchild Hailey Goodman; and her pets, Callie and Tabby.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Belair Church (599 S Old Belair Rd, Grovetown, GA 30813). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Belair Church.
