She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Garven Davis; her parents, Perry Kinard and Ella Kinard; and her siblings, Annie Laura Ayers, Robert Earl Kinard, Lorraine K. Carswell and Perry Simms Kinard.

She is survived by: her children, Harold Michael Davis (Gigi), Glenda Joyce Grotke (Doug), James Perry Davis (Libba) and Nancy Davis Wilkes (Nate).
