She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Moniz and Alvira Moniz; her husband Lloyd Gomes; her daughter Darlene Gomes; and her sister Lillian Rodrigues.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Whitaker (David), Gary Gomes (Pam) and Lynn Rhea; her grandchildren, Brian Whitaker (Carina), Jeffrey Whitaker, Nick Rhea (Megan) and Jordan Gomes (Janelle); and her great grandchildren, Grayson Whitaker, Ellis Whitaker, Finley Whitaker and Jayla Rodriguez.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church (4921 Columbia Rd, Grovetown, GA 30813). A Mass will be held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
