He was predeceased by: his father Dr. K. C. Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Lindia Lefler Stevens; his mother Bobbie Duckworth Stevens; his daughters, Ericka Stevens Gilstrap (Johnny) and Kellie Stevens Aguliar (Cona); and his siblings, Wanda Hensley and Michael Stevens. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
