He is survived by: his daughter Jasmine Marie Cook; his parents, Branetta Cooper (Napoleon) and Bobby Earl Cook; his sister Natalie Toines (Andre); and his close friend Crystal Hines-Cook. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relative and friends.
