She is survived by: her father Randall Brown; her husband Albert Hugar Jr.; her children, Jamie Lee Nelson (Tripp), Albert Hugar III (Chrissy), Dr. Kristina Hugar and Shawn Hugar; her grandchildren, Caleb, Tristan, Evie Lou, Aaron Mathew and Ethan; her stepmother Marilyn Brown; her siblings, Randall Brown Jr. (Angela) and Cathie Brown; and her close friends, Bob and Marty France.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Betty's name to any organization for the prevention of cancer.
