He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Sr.; and his brother Mike McCullough. He is survived by: his wife Theresa McCullough; his daughters, Djuna McCullough, Lola Redd (Reginald), Tiffany Cooke and Melanie Cooke; his mother Kay Sipes; his sisters, Flo McCorkle and Helen Vickery; and his sister-in-law Frieda Pangelinan (Ramon). He is also survived by several grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
