He is survived by: his children, Linda Bridges, Thomas Kirkland and Amanda Durham (Steve); his grandchildren, Landon Durham, Todd Bridges (Kim) and Elizabeth Kirkland; his great grandchildren, James Thomas "Tripp" Bridges III (Savannah), Summer Brooke Bridges and Seth Bridges (Bailee Pines); his great great grandchildren, Braelynn Bridges and Weston Bridges; and his niece Rita Cavenaugh.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Conner-Westbury Funeral Home (1891 W McIntosh Rd, Griffin, GA 30223).
