It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Garrett Evans Sr. in Griffin, Georgia, who passed away on February 16, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cullen Evans, Jr. and Adele Garrett; and his brother Robert Terrell Evans. He is survived by: his sons, Wayne Evans, Jr. (Sandy) and John Robert Evans (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Cullen, Kinsey Frix (Tyler), Hannah Owen (Justin), Hunter and Haylee.
