It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Michael Dunn Sr. of Griffin, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on January 19, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Thomas Michael may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Thomas Michael touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Elbert Dunn and Nancy Joyce English Dunn. He is survived by: his wife Kelley Dunn; his children, Michelle (David Cook), Angela Savoy (Mike Dumas) and Thomas Dunn Jr.; and his grandchildren, Willow Rose Brown, Lilly Faith Brown and Hunter Joel Savoy.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Haisten McCullough Funeral Home (1155 Everee Inn Rd, Griffin, GA 30224). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
