With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Scotty Murphy of Griffin, Georgia, who passed away on September 30, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Murphy and Marlene Crawford Murphy; and his brother Sammy Murphy. He is survived by: his wife Nelda Sue Gibson Murphy; his son Scott Murphy, Jr.; his granddaughter Kayla Nichole McGee; and his siblings-in-law, Pam Halcartz, Danny, Debbie Gibson, Barry, Barbara Gibson, Keith, Sandy Gibson and Darrell Gibson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
