With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby Jane Haney of Griffin, Georgia, born in East Point, Georgia, who passed away on February 26, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Thomas and Annette McGuorik Thomas (Donald Haney); and her brother Timmy Haney. She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Haney (Debbie) and Neal Haney (Carrie); her grandchildren, Christy Penson (Zane), Ronald Haney Jr., Chrisopher Haney (Anna), Kayla Haney (Keelan), Cameron Haney, Nicholas Haney, Carlie Haney and Grace Roberts; her great grandchildren, Raeghan Byrom, Jackson Byrom, Preslee Penson, Finnley Faulk, River Haney, Mila Haney, Nino Brown, Micah Haney, Jayde Haney and Leilani Rodriguez; and her siblings, Gail Nix (Vernon), Jean Summitt, Thomas Haney (Annette), Mark Haney and Charles Howard Thomas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
