With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Lee Forrester of Griffin, Georgia, born in Knoxville, Tennessee, who passed away on August 16, 2024 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Robert Lee may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Robert Lee touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Cinnamon, Jr. and Ruby Courtney Brewer; and his stepfather Robert Brewer. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Elaine Forrester; his children, Lisa Hope Beddington (Derrick), Amanda Allen Dowdy (Mason), Joel Lee Cinnamon, Christopher Lee Forrester (Camille) and Kyle Lee Forrester (Kim); and his siblings, Billy Cinnamon, Ann Harris, Brenda Smith and Jeanie Comstock. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
