With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mitchell Hardy Sr. of Griffin, Georgia, who passed away on February 16, 2025 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Mitchell is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Mitchell's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his father Homer Franklin Hardy. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Hardy; his sons, Mitchell Hardy, Jr. and Steven Hardy (Erica); his grandchild Peyton; his mother Shirley H. Hardy; his sisters, Ellen Thurston (Ben) and Renee Slaughter (Charlie); and his sister-in-law Bert Davis (Freddy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Conner-Westbury Funeral Home (1891 W McIntosh Rd, Griffin, GA 30223).
