She is survived by: her parents, Catherine Smith and Robert Smith; her husband Bernard Gortner (Buddy); her daughter-in-law Jacqueline Supinski Michelle (John); her grandchildren, Tyler, Brooklyn, Brice (John), Braylan Emily (Amber), Kaylan, Hunter Scarlett (Jessica) and Emberly; her siblings, Mark Smith (Margaret O'Leary) and Cherilynn Smith (Jay); her sister-in-law Lisa Smith; and her nephews, Travis and Mark.
