In the vast expanse of eternity, Lena Baughcum shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Lena Baughcum farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cherry Baughcum and Mary Jane Ethridge Corbin; the father of her children Elvin Criswell, Jr.; and her sister Juanita Baughcum. She is survived by: her children, Gloria J. Schintzius (Joseph W. Schintzius, Jr.) of Cumberland, MD, Cynthia Len Criswell of Griffin and Chistopher Manley Criswell of Griffin; and her siblings, Mary Alice Smith (Charles) of Monroe, Johnny Baughcum of Union City, Thomas Baughcum of Dacula and Jimmy Baughcum (Barbara) of Lubbock, TX. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Haisten McCullough Funeral Home (1155 Everee Inn Rd, Griffin, GA 30224). A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
