With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lee Flynn (Griffin, Georgia), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on September 9, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Lee departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Lee. Though Lee may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Plummer "Bud" Yancey and Helen Wright Yancey; and her parents-in-law, John Flynn and Maryjane Flynn. She is survived by: her son Yancey Flynn of Marietta; her brother Tim; and her sister-in-law Connie Yancey of Hampton, Georgia.. She is also survived by family members and special friends.
