He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Penn Stubbs; his son Allen Stubbs; and his brother Richard Stubbs. He is survived by: his son Chris (Shelly); his granddaughter Elle; and his siblings, Kenneth, Jeff (Julie), Linda Olive (Tim) and Janet Lester (Addison). He is also survived by nephews and nieces, great nephews and nieces.
