As Jackie departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jackie may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jackie leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his grandson Andrew Quigley. He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his children, Valerie Jennings (Ricky), Jackie Carter (Donald) and Kim Quigley; and his grandchildren, Ashley Abney (Davan), Zachary Jennings (Fame), Stephen Quigley, Ryan Rich, Jacob Rich (Rebecca) and Rachel Quigley. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and many other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Thomas Scroggs Funeral Home (6362 S Lee St, Morrow, GA 30260). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
