He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Jim Westbrooks and Ida Mae Harris Westbrooks; and his wife Thelma Jean McFarland Westbrooks. He is survived by: his children, Tracie Snider of Albertville, AL, Donna Lynn Gable (Mike) of Greenville, Diana Carol Gatheridge of Fayetteville, Susie Lee Reece (Brian) of Concord and Chris Westbrooks (Karen) of Griffin. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Haisten McCullough Funeral Home (1155 Everee Inn Rd, Griffin, GA 30224). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests memorials be made to Oak Hill Baptist Church, 100 Lakeside Drive, Williamson, GA 30292.
