He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Chislom Sanderson and Irene May Smith Sanderson. He is survived by: his wife Ellen McLure Sanderson; his sister Mary Sutton; and his siblings-in-law, Howard, Cathy McLure and Mike Slover. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Five loaves and Two Fish 422 West Slaton Ave Griffin, GA 30224, a place dear to CW and Ellen's heart.
