He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Charles Hunt, Sr. and Flo Marie Elsey Hunt; his wife Norma Carolyn Jimerson Hunt; and his son Elbert Charles Hunt, III. He is survived by: his son Scott Hunt; his daughter-in-law Cindy Hunt (Maypole) of Johns Creek, Georgia; his grandchildren, Michael Hunt of California, Katelyn Fredericks (John) of Atlanta and Allison S. Hunt of Atlanta; and his great grandchildren, John Fredericks, Jr. (Pierce) and Charles "Hunt" Fredericks of Atlanta.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (797 Memorial Dr, Griffin, GA 30223).
