He is survived by: his children, Del Hunter (Ellen Harbour) of Jefferson and Donnie Hunter (Phyllis) of Cumming; his grandchildren, Brandon Hunter (Jordan) of San Antonio, TX and Nichole Hunter Johnson (Cole) of Roswell; his great grandchildren, Kennedy, Hattie and Penny; and his siblings, Robert Cobb of Adairsville, Dallas Cobb (Dianne) and Gail Pierce (Thomas). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
