She was predeceased by: her husband Otis Michael Carlisle; her granddaughter Meghan Downs; and her parents, Roy Howell and Edith Davis. She is survived by: her children, Heather Ann Collins (James), Stacy Kilpatrick Hernandez (Noee), Pamela Jackson, Lemual Downs, Otis Stephen Carlisle, Edgar Bruce Carlisle and Michael Brent Huckaby; her sisters, Debbie McLain (Mike), Terrie LeBorgne, Tina Marcy (Clay), Lisa Bowlin (Reggie) and Lynn Bay (Jeff); her grandchildren, Reese, Katelyn, Kenzey, Allison, Michael, Breanna, Cheyanne, Isaiah and Cassidy; and her great grandchildren, Alexander, Jeremiah and Isabella. She is also survived by many nieces an nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Parrott Funeral Home & Crematory (8355 Senoia Rd, Fairburn, GA 30213). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home (8355 Senoia Rd, Fairburn, GA 30213).
