She is survived by: her father Danny Richard; her son Jason; her daughter-in-law Tishanna Williams; her daughter Dani Nelms; her grandchildren, Emma McCaugherty, Bella McCaugherty, Evelyn McCaugherty, Bentlee Sizemore, Levi Tumlin, Joshua Jr. and Lacee Cantrell; her siblings, Scott Tuggle, Franklin Allen, John Tuggle and Susan Daniele; and her pets, Ruger and Yeti.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the services of Angelyn at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home or to a charity for addictions.
