He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rosser and Lizzie Rosser; his siblings, Christine Grimes, Imogene Shelton, Annell Leaks, Benjamin Rosser, Holsie Rosser, William Rosser and Wilton Rosser; his mother-in-law Lennell Owens Scott; his son-in-law Bennie Fuller; his grandson DeMorrio Fuller; and his nephew Jimmy Cotton.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Nell; his children, Connie Wiggins (Gary), Omar Rosser, Latonya Fuller, Christopher Owens and Darrell Owens (Kimberlia); his sisters, Thelma Smith and Florine Clark; his grandchildren, Audrey Paige (Sidney L. Wiggins), Amber Evans, Omara (Omar Rosser, Jr.), Natasha Fuller, Russell Mathis and Beontae Fuller (Shaylatiah Owens); his great grandchildren, Layla, Moriah, Asher, Noah Fuller and Kaleah Owens; his father-in-law Willie L Clements, Sr.; his siblings-in-law, Mary C. Rosser, Betty Rosser, Vickie Williams (Stalin), Alonza Bohannon, Willie L. Clements, Jr. (Teresa) and Gerald Clements (Tina); and his nieces, Angela Cotton, Trina Amey (James) and Cheryl Martin (Willie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions there will be a limited number of people at the Graveside Service and during the public viewing only 3 people at one time in the Funeral Home with social distancing of 6 feet.
