He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Cook; his siblings, Joshua Banks Cook and Patricia Smith; his nieces, Nadia Richardson, Amanda Cook and Zoey Cook; and his nephew Joshua Cook, Jr.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
