We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2021, at the age of 83, William Nelms Sr. of Greensboro, Georgia, born in Comer, Georgia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William Nelms Sr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dewy Nelms and Jessie Lee Landers Nelms. He is survived by: his wife Martha Nelms of Greensboro, GA; his children, Rita Shadden (Avery), William Howell Nelms, Jr. and Anthony Nelms; and his siblings, Barbara Jean Carrington and Lanier Nelms. He is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; a number of other relatives, and many, many friends.
